Tent City Needs List
Tent City 4 moved to Holy Spirit Lutheran in Kirkland (10021 NE 124th St.) on January 21. If you, your family, or organization would like to provide a meal, locate a date on the calendar here then follow the instructions.
Here are the current Tent City needs:
Please drop your items in the Tent City donation box at LWUMC or contact Sandi H. for more information.
Single serving microwaveable food
Coffee
Tea
Sugar
Creamer
Paper bowls, plates and cups
Blankets
Towels
Warm clothing
*Checks for Bus tickets - as a nonprofit, SHARE can purchase them for .20 on the dollar. Please make checks out to SHARE with TC4 bus tickets in the notation line. Checks can be dropped off at Tent City. You can also mail them to Sandra Hunt, 8316 NE 143rd ST, Kirkland, WA 98034 and she will deliver them to the camp.
Cash donations are also needed to purchase tents as they wear out, to purchase tarps on discount, and purchase extra blankets when not enough have been donated. Please make checks payable to KIN (Kirkland Interfaith Network). Write Tent City Tents Fund in the notation line and mail them to Sandi Hunt, 8316 NE 143rd St. Kirkland, WA 98034. KIN is a 501C3. You will receive a thank you letter for tax purposes.
