What does Youth Ministry look like at Lake Washington United Methodist Church?
Youth 4th through 12th grade have the chance to get involved in a variety of ministry opportunities that are fun and challenging!
Tweeners
A fellowship group for 4th, 5th and 6th graders. Meets monthly for fun and service.
Youth Group
The Youth Group, for 7th - 12th grades, meets on Sundays from 6:30 to 8:00 pm. Activities include retreats, service projects, church lockins and lots of fun and fellowship!
Mission Trips
The Lake Washington UMC's Youth Group has a weeklong mission trip every summer.
Scouting Ministry
Lake Washington UMC offers Scouting programs to youth ages 6 through 21 by chartering a Cub Scout Pack, a Boy Scout Troop and a Venturing crew.
Cub Scout Pack 428 Boys age 6 to 11 years old.
Boy Scout Troop 577 Boys age 11 to 18 years old.
Venture Crew 577 Young Men & Women ages 14 to 21 years old.
